Where you land depends on scope: number of integrations, system complexity, hosting requirements, and ongoing usage. We give a fixed quote after a 30-minute scoping call.

Common questions
Why don't you publish prices?
Every project is different. The same brief from two clients can mean two completely different builds depending on existing tooling, data sources, hosting needs, and volume. Putting a fixed number on the page would either underprice complex work or scare off simple ones.
What's the smallest project size?
Around AED 15,000. Below that it's hard to scope a system that actually moves the needle for a business.
Do you charge a setup fee or a retainer?
Both. A one-time setup fee for the build, and a monthly retainer for ongoing infrastructure, monitoring, and tuning after launch. The retainer starts when the system goes live.
How is the setup fee paid?
Upfront when you commit to the project. For larger multi-phase builds we can split into milestones.
What about API costs?
AI provider API costs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) are billed directly to your account. No markup from us. You see and control the spend.
Do you offer discounts for longer commitments?
Sometimes, on bundled multi-module projects. Talk to us during scoping.
